JobsMalaysia & APS

JobsMalaysia is a Public Employment Service Agency  under the Department of Labour, Ministry of Human Resources. Whereas, the Private Employment Agency(APS) is licensed by the Department of Labour through Section 7(1) Private Employment Agencies Act 1981 to assist the employers to obtain suitable job candidates according to their requirements.

The services offered by JobsMalaysia are free while services from APS are subject to the fees set by the APS according to the above Act.


Objectives

The objective of this collaboration is to create partnership between the Public Employment Service Agency and The Private Employment Services Agency. The objective of this partnership is:

  1. Establish cooperation between JobsMalaysia and APS 
  2. Helping employers get the labor force as the organization needs 
  3. To assist job seekers to get suitable jobs according to their qualifications 
  4. To reduce unemployment 
  5. To improve the living standards of the locals 
  6. To achieve full employment force
